Nurenn collects:

  • Images, videos (e.g., Vibe Chat uploads, profile pictures)

  • Device data (IP address, model, OS version, language—anonymous)

  • Geolocalisation (if provided), country/city (deduced)

How is the Data Collected?

You provide data when:

  • Registering or subscribing (Unity, Legacy, Visionary).

  • Using the app with cookies set.

  • Uploading images/videos (e.g., QR scans).

Indirectly, we receive data from:

  • Firebase (https://www.firebase.google.com)

  • AppsFlyer (https://www.appsflyer.com)

  • Mighty Networks (https://www.mightynetworks.com)

How Will We Use Your Data?

Nurenn uses your data to:

  • Process subscriptions and manage accounts.

  • Personalize Vibe Check and send event notifications.

  • Use images/videos in Vibe Chat or Spotlight Posts.

  • Enable QR scans and profile pictures with consent.

  • Share with Mighty Networks for community features.

With consent, we may share with partners (e.g., Spatial.io) for offers.

For payments, data may go to credit agencies or third-party processors to prevent fraud.

How is the Data Stored?

Data is securely stored in France (Europe) for 2 years, then deleted via secure erasure.
